Shipping | Returns & Exchanges
We ship out orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of order except for items that are pre-ordered.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery of unworn and unwashed items in original condition with tag still attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 14 days.

In the instance that your package is missing and hasn’t been delivered, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
