Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds and exchanges within 21 days for Domestic orders and 30 days for Canadian orders after your order has been delivered. All items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition with the tag still attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 21 days.

Please include your order number on the inside of your package so that we can find you in our system. Please note that international customers will not be able to use the return portal- send return to address below with a note that includes your order number.

Store credit will be issued to returns received after 21 days.
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
We accept exchanges within 21 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive item within 21 days.
Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
Women’s and Girl's swimwear can be returned for an exchange only. Item must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached
Items that have been altered are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items that have a dropped hem option may be returned/exchanged, but for a $10 fee.
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with the USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
