Returns & Exchanges Policy and Process

Quickly and easily process your return or exchange using our Returns Portal. After completion of your return in the portal, a return slip and shipping label will be sent to the email address on your order.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unworn/unwashed item.

Swimwear- *PLEASE NOTE Swimwear is nonreturnable*.

Clearance Items may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted. Also note, we do not refund shipping costs.

Please note, all returns sent to our address without filling out the return portal, will automatically be issued store credit.

What items are final sale?

All Masks/Filters, swimwear, earrings, and altered items that are not in their original condition are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

Can I exchange items?

We accept exchanges within 30 days after your order was delivered to you. All items on your original order can be exchanged once. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. Click the button above to start a return and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. 

Can I get a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds within 30 days from the delivery date. When returning an item for a refund, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for shipping labels. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No refunds after 30 days.

Please allow 3-5 business days for payment to be reflected in your account.

Can I receive a free return label?

You do not have to pay for a shipping label if you are exchanging an item. However, if you are returning for a refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs.

My order was not delivered. What should I do? 

In the instance that the carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.

How long does it take to process my return or exchange?
