Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items that were not on clearance during the time of purchase if we receive them within 30 days after it was delivered to you. Our Norristown location is a warehouse, not a traditional retail storefront, so we do not offer in-person browsing. Please shop and place your order on diyanu.com. Can I pick up my order? If local pickup is available at checkout, you may select it when placing your order. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. Customer pickup is available Monday-Friday, 9am-3:30 p.m. Where do I go for customer pickup? Go to 910 E. Main Street, Suite 102, Norristown, PA 19401. Once inside the building, go to the wooden double doors with the D’IYANU sign above them and ring the doorbell. A team member will assist you.
