Disappointed

This is really a nice shirt! The color and quality are very nice. I have supported the brand for years and never had an issue. I ordered my size, L, and it fit everywhere except the neck. The neck hung down like it was 2 sizes too big. I can not return the product because it has been dry-cleaned. I normally inspect the products I order and take them straight to the cleaners. I will start trying my orders on again.
