Poor customer service, do not recommend

I have purchased several items from Diyanu in the past without issues. I purchased this dress and wanted to return it for a different size. I submitted paperwork for return and mail items on time in August. I have not received a refund nor the item back in the mail. I sent a couple messages to inquire about the status of the return without a response.This experience has jarred my trust in the company and I will not ordering again.

For someone with wide shoulders and large biceps, it fits well and allows for movement without looking too baggy in the torso.
Customer service was excellent when the carrier damaged the package.

The fabric was high quality, comfortable. The print stunning and the fit was great. For those women who have small breasts there is a gap there . Would have loved the ability to tie the dress at the rear shoulder so as to adjust and hold and lift the breasts more.
