This is a splashy color head wear that could also be worn as a mini wrap skirt with a solid color top, flats or kitty heels and still looks classy. You could also buy 2 with one as your head wrap while the other as the mini skirt wrap. I love the varieties of head wrap with enough fabric to entertain the design imagination.
